BBC AGM 2013

Please come and join us for our AGM at the Blue Lights Hall, Appledore; Thursday 24th October 5.45-7.00pm

It’s an opportunity to meet the Committee and members, hear about our creative year and our plans for next year. Your suggestions and comments will be welcomed. Tea, coffee and cakes will be served.

Please arrive at 5.45 for tea/coffee and cake for a 6pm start. The AGM will finish by 7pm and will be followed by a BBC members’ meeting, at which time invited guests can make their departure unless they choose to stay.

Please let us know if you’re coming so we’ll know numbers for catering and seating.
